One of our favourite weddings last year (what?! we don’t have favourites! 😉 ) was Trystan Llyr Griffiths and Gwen out in our beloved Preselis on a very foggy midsummer’s day. Gwen’s huge excited grin above was her fixed expression for the entire day – she was such a delight to photograph!! Trystan is of course completely comfortable in front of a camera – but then, so was everyone else at this wedding it seemed! It was an absolute dream job for Vince to feel so at home and welcome. Please enjoy this treat of a wedding – as well as non-stop beaming smiles you’ll see gorgeous florals and details, Best Men literally taking it upon themselves to promote Trystan’s latest album (which kind of works because I can’t do anything to do with this wedding without turning it on to listen to while I work!), and of course a mass group sing-along to end the night. You’d expect nothing less. 🙂
It’s not often we see the need for a seating plan at the ceremony – these longtime sweethearts definitely have a ‘more the merrier’ outlook!
I could have included twice as many shots simply of Gwen walking up the chapel path! Her infectious smile is just too stunning.
Whilst in one way it was a shame to miss out on the gorgeous Preseli views that are normally here at Waldo’s stone and at Gwen and Trystan’s tipi location, the fog created a lovely clean and peaceful backdrop to their portraits. And made a unique look for their pictures! Vince actually really enjoyed shooting in the fog.
Thanks to you all for a truly fab day! All the photos can be seen, viewed as a slideshow, and purchased on the Client Galleries page of our Wedding Photography web site.
