Siw and Gareth had an extremely chilled-out wedding at Cardigan Quayside, one of a unique collection of local wedding venues managed by the lovely people of Fforest. If you’re looking for something a little bit alternative you MUST check them out! Both Siw and Gareth (and their gorgeous daughter) got ready in Fforest’s Granary Lofts just across the water from their venue, before heading off to Mwnt Church for their ceremony.
Stunning wild-looking bouquet created (along with all venue dressing) by Alex at No.21 Flowers. He is a very talented young man!
Isn’t the little one adorable! She falls between the ages of our two daughters, so when Siw and Gareth first came over to meet us we had a brilliant playdate! Our oldest was occupied for days beforehand sorting out which toys a 2-year-old would like best and planning what they would do together. We love couples who already have children – you tend to be that little bit more focused on the marriage as well as the wedding, and any stress about how the day will pan out gets into proper perspective. 🙂
This cute little car is the Big Day Bug!
Then it was back to the tipi in Cardigan where my favourite detail was the abundant, unruly floral and greenery arrangements. It was an evening of amazing food by the unbeatable Tom Holden, fab musical entertainment, and cosy blankets around blazing braziers. Perfect party!
