Katherine and Chris had a stunningly sunny December day for their wedding, at the same church in Cheltenham where Vince and I got married almost exactly 15 years earlier! We didn’t have a wedding so sunny….or, unfortunately, so stunning. 🙂 Check out particularly the car, the cakes, and the amazing winter light in the beautiful gardens of Manor by the Lake.
After the ceremony instead of canapés Katherine and Chris served cakes. That can never be wrong can it? 🙂

We’ve known both Katherine and Chris since before they were teenagers, but separately! So hearing the full story in Chris’s speech of how they found each other was pretty amazing. 🙂 So it was a lovely sign-off for me; this was the last wedding I shot before our second little girl was born. Over the upcoming blog posts I’ll be introducing various amazing photographers who have shot with Vince this season in my place.
