We’re at the time of year when blogging becomes next to impossible!!! But I’ve been really looking forward to blogging this ultra-gorgeous sun-drenched day back in May with the rather beautiful couple that is Gemma and Martin. It was our first time back at Nanteos Mansion in Aberystwyth since a recent revamp, and we were really impressed both with the surroundings and the service. And Gemma’s luscious grey, coral and cream colour scheme was the perfect choice for a bright summery celebration.
The dining room was beautifully done, and Gemma and Martin found plenty of cute ways to play on their surname Fish, including a caption competition for the guests. 🙂
After dinner and speeches, Gemma and Martin took some time out for photos in the beautiful evening light. We had scoped out a walk through some lovely bluebell woods leading to a viewpoint over the town and out to sea.
The evening party was kicked off by a surprise solo singer who began with an outstanding rendition of Nessum Dorma, a piece which never fails to get a great reaction…although maybe not the expected one for these little ones!!!
