Tracey and Gary got married just before Christmas at Rhosygilwen Mansion. They had travelled from their current home in north Wales, so we met Tracey at a gorgeous holiday house a stone’s throw from the ocean where they were settled in for a family Christmas with their little boy. Oh we do love Christmas! Look out for the awesome ice-white reception decor, which is now up for sale so should you desire you can literally steal their style. More on that later!
Tracey went for an Ice Queen bridal look, while her little one provided the splash of Christmas colour. 🙂 He went through a number of these adorable outfits through the day – I’m sure no one’s meant to have more outfits than the bride!!
I always love the pensive moments right before the ceremony – a little bit of excited tension.
Tracey and Gary did something that would actually be one of my TOP TIPS for wedding planning. If you are already parents, assign a SPECIFIC person to be responsible for your child! It might seem that with both extended families around that isn’t necessary, as there’ll be doting relatives galore to fuss over any little ones. We’ve seen multiple examples of that not really working and making for a stressed and distracted bride. But this uncle and nephew certainly seemed to have a good day in each other’s company. 🙂
Mulled wine for the mingling – perfect for the crisp winter sunshine!
Gary proposed to Tracey at the top of the Empire State Building on their holiday of a lifetime, so they decided to make New York the theme of the wedding. Gary designed and created every centre-piece himself from white-painted silver birch branches. They were 6 feet tall, adorned with sparkles and fairy lights, and each one representing a different New York icon. (You might have noticed the rings above hanging in a Tiffany’s tree!)
Many of these Gary and Tracey are now selling here, OR Gary will create you some of your very own!!
Lovely hot chocolate favours! We really enjoyed these afterwards. 🙂
All the images are available to view and purchase on the Clients page of our Photography web site. Congratulations and thanks to Tracey and Gary, we had a fab day with you and can’t wait for the Take Two session!!
